We pursue the Presence of God through services rich with prayer and worship and activate Kingdom Community during small groups and imaginative play. Our volunteers ignite Transformational Discipleship in our New Song Kids who can then be released into Sacrificial Mission as the hands and feet of Jesus.
Sermon Series || As it is in Heaven - The Occupation of Heaven || John 17:22-23 “I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one, So that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.”
God’s will is heaven on earth. How do we, as the people of God, carry out this calling? How can we pray for and pursue, “on earth as it is in heaven,” if we don’t actually understand heaven? Without a clear vision of the end product, the process can become aimless and the purpose can feel pointless. Do you understand what the calling, purpose and vision of Heaven and “on earth as it is in Heaven” is?
The primary occupation of Heaven is the glory of God. And if that’s the case, it should be the same on earth - “on earth as it is in Heaven.” Wherever you are, whatever you do, God’s glory is meant to fill that space. Do you understand what glory is?
The glory of God is the fullness of God, everything God is—His love, grace, power, and character—put on display. We can experience the fullness of the glory of God, but sometimes we fall into 2 categories where when we aren’t experiencing it. 1. We don’t actually want it. 2. We want it wrongly (motives are off). Have you ever found yourself in one of these categories? Are you in one of those categories now?
The Glory of God isn’t here to give us warm feelings, to boost our reputation, or to cosign our agendas. The glory of God is here to transform us and the world, and it’s about revealing the fullness of who God is and making Him known in a way that changes everything. How do we step into the ultimate calling of Heaven—glorifying Jesus? It starts by coming back to the simple, powerful reality of the Gospel. And at the very heart of it all is the cross! What is the Gospel?
In the Nursery, we celebrate God's greatest creation - new life! Our nursery serves as the first experience a New Song infant has of church. From 6 weeks old to 12 months, these babies learn to LOVE church! Our volunteers hold, pray for, and speak God's Word over our littlest church members - and we even introduce them to their first lesson!
This class offers a safe environment for moving and exploring as our toddlers learn that they are a wonderful creation! Our one year olds' favorite part of the is their weekly lesson - "God loves me." They find Jesus in their Bibles, enthusiastically worship, and learn to tell their friends about Jesus!
We believe that two years old is a pivotal development moment, and we embrace this teachable little crew with hands-on learning! This classroom provides an interactive lesson that lasts a month long. By the end of the month, your two year old will have had every opportunity to memorize a power verse, fully grasp the lesson, and experience the presence of God!
This young childhood service is geared towards developing authentic curiosity for God’s word, by creatively teaching understandable biblical principles. Here your preschooler will learn more about worshiping God as they grow towards elementary school.
Our biggest “littles” may have the most fun of all! In our Bible-strong preschool curriculum, these kiddos give their whole hearts to memorizing scripture, worshipping God, and creating a weekly craft as they learn to walk with their Creator.
Kids from Kindergarten through 2nd grade will have a DYNAMITE time as they play challenging games, experience engaging worship, and be captivated by a message specifically designed for them. We end each service by spending time in prayer, because our main goat for all New Song Kids is to have an encounter with Jesus.
Kids from 3rd through 5th grade will be challenged to step outside their comfort zones through small groups as they dive deeper into their walk with Jesus. This class is designed to help older elementary kids steps through their threshold into who God has created them to be. We can’t wait to help your big kids launch into all God has for them!
